Job Description

">

This leadership role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dynamic team at Lifemark Physiotherapy in Petrolia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing clinical assessments and implementing treatment plans for clients, while also ensuring quality improvement in the delivery of patient care. Additionally, they will manage clinic financial and clinical performance metrics and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong business acumen, including experience managing clinic operations and financials. A passion for mentoring, collaboration, and delivering top-tier patient care is essential, as well as outstanding communication and leadership skills proven ability to motivate teams and drive business goals. Completion of advanced physical therapy courses is a strong asset.
