Clinic Director Position Overview:

Lifemark Health Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Executive Leader to lead our dynamic team as Clinic Director. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Registered Physiotherapist with 1-5 years of clinical rehabilitation and leadership experience to take on a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clinic.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

About the Role:

As Clinic Director, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving the success of our clinic, and contributing to strategic growth and expansion initiatives. Your leadership skills will enable you to motivate and guide a talented team of professionals, ensuring exceptional patient care and satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a dynamic team of healthcare professionals
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day clinic operations
  • Drive business growth and expansion strategies
  • Develop and implement effective business plans
  • Manage financial and clinical performance metrics
  • Coordinate operational activities with the team

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a fully licensed Registered Physiotherapist in Ontario with 1-5 years of clinical rehabilitation and leadership experience. A strong business acumen, including experience managing clinic operations and financials, is essential. Completion of advanced physical therapy courses is a significant asset.
