Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Insurance Advisor to join our team in Langley, BC. As a key member of our team, you will promote and educate clients on insurance products, take ownership of client relationships, and help us grow our presence and profile in the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with clients to identify their needs and provide recommendations based on their knowledge of underwriting principles. They will also share their expertise and knowledge as they coach and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have at least two to three years of industry experience and hold an Insurance Broker Level 2 license. Additionally, you should be working towards obtaining a CAIB/CIP designation, and we offer financial support for approved courses.

As a Senior Insurance Advisor, you will also have the opportunity to work autonomously and manage your own caseload, while still being part of a collaborative and supportive team environment.
