Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team at Arcadia Home Care & Staffing. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities living independently in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide or assist with routine house cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry.
  • Transport clients to doctor's office, grocery store, and other essential errands.
  • Assist clients with self-administration of medications.
  • Observe and report any changes in client's condition.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all regulations, policies, and standards.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must be a Certified Home Health or Personal Care Aide.
  • Pre-employment physical examination/PPD prior to patient contact.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
