We're on a mission to revolutionize the shopping experience and connect people with the products and experiences that enrich their lives. As a Part Time Retail Sales Specialist, you'll be part of a global network of 65,000 teammates serving 4,000+ brands and retail customers across 40+ countries.

Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated and ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with store management to drive sales and execute client-driven merchandising strategies that meet client expectations. Your outgoing and friendly personality will shine as you engage with customers and educate them on the latest products from top brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet client and company objectives by maintaining full distribution of authorized SKUs
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Sell at store level 'live orders' on multiple clients (over 5 clients) in over 50% of stores on a monthly basis
  • Increase sales volume through promotional activities, including selling and building displays, creating themes, and making plan-o-gram adjustments
  • Maintain client objectives by ensuring accurate and complete tags and removing un-saleable or out-of-code product
  • Work with clients to authorize items and meet shelf schematic standards
  • Achieve client goals and objectives by effectively managing stores within your territory and executing projects and standards
  • Prepare and make wholesaler sub-group headquarter calls and complete accurate and timely paperwork and reports
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or 0-2 years of experience in Retail, Client, or food broker
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Word, Excel, and Internet usage
  • Mathematical and analytical skills
