As a sales representative, you'll work closely with store management to drive sales and execute client-driven merchandising strategies. You'll be responsible for increasing retail sales, building displays, and creating engaging customer experiences. Your ability to communicate effectively and work independently will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet client and company objectives by maintaining full distribution on all authorized SKUs
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers
  • Sell at store level 'live orders' on multiple clients in over 50% of stores on a monthly basis
  • Increase sales volume through promotional activity and display building
  • Maintain client objectives by ensuring accurate and complete tags and removing un-saleable or out-of-code product
  • Work with clients to authorize items and meet shelf schematic standards
  • Achieve client goals and objectives by effectively managing stores and executing projects
  • Complete accurate and timely paperwork and reports

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Word, Excel, and Internet usage
  • Mathematical and analytical skills
