The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough nursing assessments, providing individualized patient care, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and provide individualized patient care.
  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications and monitor patients' responses to treatment.
  • Educate patients and families about health management and wellness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Valid LPN license in Canada.
  • Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
  • Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
