Operations Manager

Chennai Caters Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our organization, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services.
- Corporate Governance: Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within the establishment.
- Staff Management: Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, interview, hire and provide training for staff.
- Budgeting: Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies.
- Reporting: Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
- Work Setting: Manufacture, Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre.
- Budgetary Responsibility: $500,001 - $1,500,000.
- Supervision: 11-15 people.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Large caseload, Large workload.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, Flexibility, Judgement, Organized, Team player, Values and ethics.
English.
Work Hours:35 hours per week.
