Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Logistics Delivery Specialist to join our team at LA Logistics Moncton Inc. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up messages, parcels, and other items by hand, operating and driving automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and Pick Up Items: Safely transport and deliver messages, parcels, and other items by hand, ensuring timely and efficient service to our customers.
  • Operate Vehicles: Drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage Inventory and Records: Keep accurate records of items received and delivered, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Perform Pre-Trip and Post-Trip Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before and after each trip to ensure safety and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Experience: While not required, previous experience in a delivery or transportation role is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
