This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance are upheld across all operations.
You will be accountable for championing the integration of corporate values into decision-making, providing guidance and coaching to the project management team, and ensuring consistent use of project management planning documents throughout the company.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience working with industrial facility customers, preferably with safety personnel and equipment. They must also possess a post-secondary education in business, science, or engineering, and demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
