What You'll be Doing

As the Finance Lead, you will provide leadership to the finance team as well as lead all financial, accounting and controlling initiatives (including overseeing daily account operations, preparation and analysis of financial statements, compliance, and more).

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations including accounts payable, receivable, and preparation and analysis of financial statements
  • Coordinate external audit reviews and implementation of recommendations
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis on variance, trends, and commentary
  • Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Provide strategic insights, recommendations and implementations on operational and financial matters

Requirements

  • 5+ years of financial accounting and reporting experience
  • 3+ years of experience leading a finance team in either a team lead or supervisor role
  • Experienced with multi-currency financial reporting is an asset
  • Experienced in ERP system implementation or optimization
