Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finishing Supervisor to join our production team at Canadian Canning Inc.

About the Role
  • This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of $$60,000 - $80,000 per year
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of 1-2 binding and finishing machine operators in a fast-paced environment
  • They will also be required to prepare production reports, coordinate activities, and requisition materials and supplies as needed
  • A key focus of this role will be to improve productivity and product quality through technical advice and recommendations
Requirements
  • Possession of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field with a strong background in supervision and leadership
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
