Job Title: Finishing Supervisor

Canadian Canning Inc. is seeking a skilled Finishing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the finishing process and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of binding and finishing machine operators
  • Prepare production reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
  • Train and develop team members to improve productivity and product quality
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Relocation costs not covered by employer
  • Willing to relocate
