Job Title: Finishing Supervisor

Canadian Canning Inc. is seeking a skilled Finishing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the finishing process, ensuring high-quality products, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the finishing process, including setting up machines and equipment.
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Monitor and control production costs, ensuring they are within budget.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production and delivery of products.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
