Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automobile Parts Sales Representative to join our team at Canadian Auto Electric & Constant Velocity Drives Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, address customer complaints or concerns, and provide advice on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts.
  • Sales and Inventory: Conduct sales calls, identify, label, and catalogue items received, issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use, and maintain records on inventory control systems.
  • Order Processing: Prepare and track work orders, prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies, process incoming requisitions, and receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment, and store items in warehouse, tool room, or supply area.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail business or wholesale establishment/store environment.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license, steel-toed safety boots, and ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
