Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at DTK FOOD SERVICE INC. O/A SUBWAY. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, including portioning and wrapping foods, and packaging take-out food.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces, as well as maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and handling customer inquiries.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies, as well as maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate dishwashers, deep fryers, food dispensers, and grills, as well as maintain equipment and machinery.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

This is a physically demanding role that requires working under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a client-focused attitude.
