Nurse Practitioner
Overview:Our organization, Can-NP-Serv, is a nurse-led company that focuses on delivering high-quality clinical care to our clients while promoting the autonomy and full scope practice of nurse practitioners.
Salary Range:$75.00-$80.00 per hour
Responsibilities:- Provide medical care delivery to long-term care residents with stability and complexity in collaboration with MDs
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for effective care delivery
- Offer high-quality customer service and provide clinical education to clients and staff
- Participate in care conferencing and focus on 70% clinical responsibilities, 30% quality improvement, education, and leadership
- Completion of recognized Nurse Practitioner program
- Current extended class certification with College of Nurses of Ontario
- Experience with chronic disease management and geriatric care
- Current vulnerable sector police check and COVID vaccination
