Job Title:

Nurse Practitioner

Overview:

Our organization, Can-NP-Serv, is a nurse-led company that focuses on delivering high-quality clinical care to our clients while promoting the autonomy and full scope practice of nurse practitioners.

Salary Range:

$75.00-$80.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical care delivery to long-term care residents with stability and complexity in collaboration with MDs
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for effective care delivery
  • Offer high-quality customer service and provide clinical education to clients and staff
  • Participate in care conferencing and focus on 70% clinical responsibilities, 30% quality improvement, education, and leadership
Requirements:
  • Completion of recognized Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current extended class certification with College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Experience with chronic disease management and geriatric care
  • Current vulnerable sector police check and COVID vaccination
  • New graduates are welcome
