Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Singh Tiffin & Catering. As a key member of our culinary operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and requisition food and kitchen supplies.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef and supervise the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 30 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
