Financial Planning Associate

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Senior Financial Advisors and their teams in delivering exceptional financial planning services to our clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual who is passionate about financial planning and wants to grow their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to our Senior Financial Advisors, including gathering and inputting client data and information into financial planning software.
- Preparing presentations and reports for client meetings and updating clients' plans as circumstances change.
- Identifying opportunities to deepen and solidify client relationships and assisting in the preparation of prospect or client files prior to meetings.
- Jointly meeting with clients alongside our Senior Financial Advisors and processing new business, including completing and submitting applications.
- Assisting in the formulation of recommendations for clients and finding opportunities to serve current clients.
- Tracking active tasks and projects and bringing them to completion.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Business Administration Diploma or equivalent experience.
- A Mutual Fund or Securities (RR) license and LLQP certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience in a role involving financial planning and using financial planning software.
- Strong computer skills in the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a customer service orientation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to ever-changing priorities and time restrictions.

- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and understand future steps necessary to accomplish tasks.
- Critical thinking skills, with the ability to come up with unique solutions to problems.
