We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Counsel to join our legal team. As a key member of our team, you will provide a broad range of legal and commercial advice to our business on various legal issues that arise from the operation of a large complex business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to strategic decision making by providing recommendations related to legal risk management, transactions, contracts, and business negotiations with third parties

Requirements
