Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at MANJEET PARMAR RETAILERS LTD. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication with all stakeholders.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to employee inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Planning and Organization: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to handle repetitive tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Personal Qualities: Team player, client focus, reliability, and strong communication skills.
  • Work Conditions: Permanent position, 30 to 40 hours per week, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
