Li's Family is seeking a reliable and experienced household manager to provide top-notch care for their children. As a trusted member of our family, you will be responsible for creating a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment that promotes the well-being and development of our little ones.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who can take on various responsibilities, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and childcare. If you have experience working with children and enjoy creating engaging activities, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities
  • Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Shop for food and household supplies, ensuring all needs are met
  • Travel with the family on trips and assist with childcare and housekeeping duties
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, promoting healthy habits and routines
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, maintaining a consistent and fair approach
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, fostering emotional intelligence and confidence
  • Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children, prioritizing transparency and accountability
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children, promoting physical and mental stimulation
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, catering to dietary needs and preferences
  • Prepare infants and children for rest periods, ensuring a smooth transition to sleep time
  • Supervise and care for children, providing individualized attention and support
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments, demonstrating reliability and punctuality
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, offering empathy and understanding
Requirements
  • High school graduation certificate or equivalent
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a domestic setting
  • Ability to work independently, taking initiative and making sound decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with family members
  • Flexibility and adaptability, responding to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Reliability and punctuality, meeting deadlines and commitments
  • A patient and empathetic approach, fostering a positive and supportive environment
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid time off and holidays.
