Position Summary


The Property Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of social housing and tenant support services in assigned areas. This includes working with diverse tenant populations, including seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those at risk of homelessness.


This role contributes to the development and implementation of property management plans that incorporate facility condition indexes and tenant population characteristics. The incumbent leads teams in delivering programs and services to ensure successful tenancies and the safety and well-being of tenants.


Candidate Profile


Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field and considerable experience in property management and contract administration. They should also possess excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.


Strong knowledge of building structures and systems is required, as well as the ability to recognize deficiencies and prepare summaries of work required. The successful candidate will have the ability to plan and coordinate the delivery of property management services and make decisions based on an analysis of various issues.
