Job Summary

Brown Bros. Agencies Limited seeks a skilled Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure lease agreements are met and maintained
  • Supervise support staff performing operational, clerical, or maintenance duties
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance
  • Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation
  • Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income
  • Prepare expense and income reports
  • Respond to trouble calls from clients or tenants
Requirements
  • Membership in the Provincial Association of Condominiums
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi system
  • Experience in property management, an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
