Customer Service

  • Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences by fostering a sales-obsessed culture.
  • Drive outside sales through commercial accounts, new business prospecting, and exceptional management of customer relationships with CTR dealer partners.

Operations

  • Delegate and follow up on the execution of PS visual compliance standards, store maintenance, pricing standards, planogram, and merchandising directives.
  • Minimize store shrink through team awareness, enforcement of audit compliance and standards, and rigid inventory control.
  • Ensure accurate execution and complete daily reviews of shipping, receiving, returns processing, and documentation according to company policies.
  • Follow and ensure compliance with all Cash and Audit, and OH&S policies and procedures.
  • Create and monitor efficient store weekly scheduling for both sales and support functions.
  • Manage regular reconciliations and collections of accounts payable balances for all customer business accounts.

Training

  • Coach and develop store and management teams.
  • Set and follow up on individual and store sales goals.
  • Create development plans and conduct annual appraisals for store teams; support and coach to improve performance gaps.
  • Complete required training within required timeframes and hold teams accountable.
  • Develop and lead recruiting and hiring strategies for stores, maintaining complete teams adhering to IBO standards.
  • Continually motivate teams and performance through recognition programs, in-store contests, customer compliments, etc.
  • Maintain PS performance expectations (feedback/coaching).
  • Work retail hours including scheduled evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of retail experience managing a multi-channel business.
  • Managing and growing B2B business sales.
  • Demonstrated interest in the automotive parts aftermarket industry.
  • Fundamental computer skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive parts aftermarket industry.
  • A good base of knowledge of automotive operating systems including point of sale.
  • Assets: possession of a valid driver's license and automotive training or certification.
