Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling products and services to selected customers in a designated market area or accounts via inbound or outbound telephone contacts.
Key Responsibilities
- Closing sales on assigned products and generating leads for outside sales staff.
- Proactively selling to installed-base customers in support of company promotion and upgrade campaigns.
- Collaborating with and supporting field sales teams.
Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills, effective communication, and time management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Some knowledge of marketing strategy, product demonstration, sales techniques, and customer service principles is desired. Basic user knowledge of Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software is also preferred.
