We are seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our team at On Side Restoration. As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by dispatching our crews to jobs in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch crews to respond to disasters and emergencies.
- Understand the scope of work and skills required for each job site.
- Schedule work with property owners and manage sub-trade schedules.
- Manage crew mix and on-call availability.
Requirements:
- Excellent phone and computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Teams).
- Knowledge of construction and the ability to schedule the right trades for each job.
- Superior customer service skills and a genuine desire to help people.
