About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Market Access and Analytics. This role will play a critical part in shaping our market access strategies and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and delivery of standard and ad-hoc analytics to identify and quantify payer opportunities and threats.
  • Develop and implement market access strategies and tactics to maximize net sales for assigned brands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align insights with broader commercial goals and objectives.
  • Manage a team of analytical talent, develop analytical capabilities, and enable organizational learning.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to inform market access strategies.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of market research and analytics professional experience, including experience in the healthcare industry.
  • 1+ years of experience in people management.
  • Master's degree or MBA.
  • Strong working knowledge of syndicated pharmaceutical data sources, including formulary data sources and claims data sources.
  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical market access experience and subject matter expertise with Health Plans, PBMs, Hospital Systems, Specialty Pharmacies, and Healthcare Policy stakeholders.
  • 4+ years of pharmaceutical marketing analytics experience.
  • Oncology knowledge.
