Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Strategy Director to join our team at MHZ Capital Group Ltd.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position that requires a strategic thinker with excellent marketing and business skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing market research data to inform business decisions and activities.
  • Developing and implementing communication strategies to promote our services.
  • Directing the marketing strategies of establishments and evaluating their effectiveness.
  • Establishing distribution networks for products and services, and overseeing their implementation.
  • Evaluating an organization's Internet presence and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Implementing communication strategies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Overseeing the preparation of written material for website content and ensuring its quality and accuracy.
  • Publicizing activities, workshops, meetings, and other events to raise awareness and generate interest.
  • Supervising staff and training them to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Developing promotional materials to support marketing campaigns.
  • Hiring, training, directing, and motivating staff to achieve business goals.
  • Managing contracts and agreements related to marketing services.
  • Market business services to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure effective resource allocation.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing or business.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
