Estimated Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Description:

The Senior Marketing and Sales Director will be responsible for analyzing market research data to improve business decisions and activities. They will conduct economic or commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products or services and direct the team on crucial information they should gather and research.

This individual will establish distribution networks for products and services, hire, train, direct, and motivate staff. They will plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services.

The Senior Marketing and Sales Director will advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies, answer written and oral inquiries, and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support. They will use principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales and marketing. You should have a Bachelor's degree and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership abilities and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
