We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at TIRE LOGISTICS INC. as a Financial Record Keeper.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Process and reconcile financial transactions, prepare and review financial statements, and maintain compliance with accounting standards.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
- Relocation Costs: Relocation costs covered by employer.
- Relocation: Willing to relocate.
