At TSN Infotech Inc, we are seeking a skilled Financial Record Keeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting, with experience in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Calculating and preparing cheques for payroll
  • Maintaining general ledgers and financial statements
  • Posting journal entries
  • Preparing other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Preparing tax returns
  • Reconciling accounts

The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Key qualifications include:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping and accounting
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
