Job Title: Client Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Supervisor to join our team at EcoBloc Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and preparing and submitting reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
