About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Supervisor to join our team at EcoBloc Inc. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and coordination skills to ensure the smooth operation of our client services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Willingness to relocate for this position.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
