Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at JJ Spa Plus Family Spa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Assist clients with special needs, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work-related issues, provide technical advice, and recommend improvements to productivity and product quality.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
