About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Operations Supervisor to join our team at JJ Spa Plus Family Spa. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Assist clients with special needs, providing personalized attention and care to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Supply Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked and efficient spa environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal customer experience.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Language and Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in English, ensuring clear understanding and resolution of issues.
  • Work Hours: Work a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing spa needs.
