About the Role

Mile High Poutine is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our restaurant team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Manage inventory, sales, and wastage records
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
