Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year

Job Description:

As an Interior Design Specialist at CB2, you will work closely with customers to help them plan and design their spaces. Your expertise in interior design, combined with your ability to deliver exceptional customer service, will enable you to maximize company sales growth and profitability.

About the Role:

  • Provide enriching customer interactions by offering elevated design solutions in-store and virtually.
  • Create stunning CB2 designs for customers using our preferred design tools.
  • Lead One on One Design consultations in person or via email, phone, and virtual design consults.
  • Possess a clear understanding of the CB2 brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy.
  • Deliver individual sales, KPI and service goals, productivity standards, and engage customers on the sales floor.
  • Stay informed with the latest marketplace and industry trends.
  • Actively listen to customers to identify their needs and communicate relevant products and services.
  • Support and model excellent service by providing gracious, quick, and efficient customer service.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • A solid understanding of basic design functions, including spatial planning, fabric selection, lighting, and interior design styles.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate the brand vision of CB2 and customers' wants/needs.
  • A strong affinity for technology, including 2D and 3D tools, Google Suite, and video conferencing.
  • The ability to stay up-to-date on current design trends.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has 1+ years of relevant experience in Furniture Sales/Home Decor Design or retail/customer service experience.
  • Is available to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings, and weekends (Full-Time) or weekend days (Part-Time).
