Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in the installation, maintenance, and operation of temporary water networks. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of technicians in the installation, maintenance, and operation of temporary water networks
  • Develop and implement plans to ensure the successful completion of projects
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of employees and the environment
  • Manage and maintain equipment and vehicles
  • Perform other duties as required
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in the water network industry
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the job
