We are seeking a highly skilled Access Control Specialist to join our team at the Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our Access Control Group, you will play a critical role in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on Data Loss incidents and Restricted Web Exceptions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with stakeholders to obtain necessary information to assess Data Loss Prevention incidents and determine course of action
  • Analyze, manage, and report on Restricted Web Access Exceptions and support related projects/activities
  • Support the identity access management process, including periodic attestation campaigns, to ensure 100% completeness and timeliness
  • Participate in developing and implementing risk management reports and processes to mitigate risks across multiple business lines
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, internal/external audit controls, and Logical Access Security Standards (LASS) requirements
  • Communicate and implement changes resulting from policy/standard updates
  • Support and deliver issue and action remediation relating to risk, audit, or compliance findings
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working with business and technology stakeholders in Enterprise Identity Access Management and/or Risk domains
  • Conceptual thinker with a structured and methodical approach to problem identification and resolution
  • Ability to independently organize and manage work, comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate results and recommendations to senior management
  • Ability to plan, conduct, and follow-up on stakeholder interviews in an efficient manner
