Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Lead to oversee the kitchen operations at The Gray Olive Cafeteria.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, planning menus, and maintaining inventory. They will also ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine food portion sizes and costs
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role. They will be fluent in English and able to work 30-40 hours per week.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
