Culinary Team Lead

Job Summary: As a Culinary Team Lead with OEB Brentwood Co., you will oversee the preparation and cooking of complete meals or individual dishes, supervise kitchen staff, and maintain inventory and records of food and supplies. This role requires approximately 30 to 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals or individual dishes for our customers
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Source and purchase necessary supplies and equipment to support kitchen operations
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles
- Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment

Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
