About the Role:

Nash household is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Household Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our private residence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the residence, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpeting and upholstered furniture.
  • Perform laundry and linen duties, including washing, drying, and ironing clothing and household linens.
  • Stock and maintain the linen closet and other household supplies.
  • Assist with meal preparation and cleanup as needed.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including cleaning and disinfecting kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings as needed.

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and dependability.
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).

Working Conditions:

  • Non-smoking environment.
  • Private residence.

Asset Languages:

  • Spanish; Castilian.

Work Term: Permanent

Hours: 30 hours per week
