Spa Operations Manager

As a key member of our Accor Hotels team, you will be responsible for leading the operations of our spa facility, ensuring it operates cost-effectively and efficiently. Your strategic planning and leadership skills will be essential in driving revenue growth and controlling costs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a 12-month marketing plan to increase spa bookings and revenue
- Lead the implementation of a 12-month public relations program to promote the spa and its services
- Collaborate with conference groups to sell customized spa programs and services
- Manage the spa's fiscal budget and analyze financial performance to inform strategic decisions
- Lead and develop a high-performing spa team, providing coaching and performance feedback to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a management position in spa operations
- Experience in the hospitality industry is an asset
- Experience and education in spa disciplines such as fitness or therapy is a significant asset
