Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Director to lead our spa and recreation team, driving excellence in guest satisfaction and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement spa operations strategies to enhance guest experience and drive revenue growth.
- Lead and manage a high-performing spa and recreation team, fostering a culture of excellence and customer service.
- Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Manage spa budgets and resources effectively, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis, informing strategic decisions and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting the hotel's brand and values.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a spa management position, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent knowledge of spa operations, including budgeting, resource management, and guest experience.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improvement.
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
