Nestled along the Haliç, Rixos Tersane embodies the epitome of guest experiences and service excellence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for redefining Istanbul's lifestyle scene by creating an urban hotspot and lifestyle hub with breathtaking views of the Haliç.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as an Ambassador for the spa and hotel brand, fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders while upholding the values of the brand.
  • Manage the operations and efficiency of the spa facilities, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues and departments to promote a culture of welfare and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to market the spa's offerings and products.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of competitors, including locations, product offerings, pricing, promotions, and sales techniques.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial analysis for the spa department.
  • Establish reliable inventory tracking systems and report any variances.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a management position in a spa or related field.
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
