Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 10057592 Manitoba Ltd. as a key member of our culinary operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Direct and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
    • Establish and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management
    • Develop and implement efficient systems and procedures to manage food preparation, inventory, and supply chain.
    • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and other operational expenses.
  • Training and Development
    • Provide training and coaching to food service staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Develop and implement training programs to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and labor data.
    • Maintain accurate records of staff performance, customer feedback, and other relevant data.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Safe Food Handling certificate.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk. The physical demands of this role are high, and the ability to work under pressure is essential.
