Administrative and Operations Coordinator

As an Administrative and Operations Coordinator at METROFORM CONCRETE LTD., you will play a vital role in supporting our team's daily operations. Your primary duties will include:
• Coordinating information flow within the team to ensure seamless communication and task management.
• Developing and implementing office procedures and routines to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Scheduling appointments, managing schedules, and confirming meetings.
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to employee inquiries, and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintaining accurate records, ordering office supplies, and managing inventory.
• Setting up and maintaining manual and computerized filing systems, both physical and digital.
• Performing data entry tasks and ensuring data integrity.
• Collaborating with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative roles, with a strong understanding of office software and technology, including MS Windows and MS Office. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision, is essential.
Working Conditions:
This is a permanent position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
