At OpenTable, we're looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and improving our Salesforce architecture, supporting the Global Sales & Services team, and working with multiple Clouds/platforms.

We're seeking a talented Salesforce Administrator to join our team, someone who can bring their expertise in internal systems and business applications to drive growth and efficiency.

Job Description

In this role, you'll partner closely with the Revenue Operations team to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements into sprints, and communicate with partners about releases. You'll also design new business processes that improve operational efficiency across the organization.

You'll support a dispersed team of remote Sales and Services team members who rely on SFDC daily to manage their customer interactions, territories, pipelines, and deals. Your technical skills will be essential in answering technical inquiries quickly and clearly every day.

You'll act as a Salesforce subject matter expert and trusted advisor for all internal users, advancing issues as needed. This includes leading data stewardship efforts and supporting SFDC onboarding/offboarding processes.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per yearRequired Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of Salesforce Admin experience (preferably in Lightning)
  • Experience managing feature requests for Salesforce and advanced skills building Salesforce reports/dashboards
  • The ability to apply advanced automations to solve complex business problems
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and their implications
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, judgment, and organizational skills
