Human Resources Manager

At Securisquad Services Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures, overseeing the classification and rating of occupations, and planning, developing, and implementing recruitment strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for managing contracts, training and development strategies, and advising senior management. Additionally, you will oversee payroll administration, recruit and hire staff, conduct performance reviews, and evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury.
We offer a permanent position with a 30-35 hour workweek, working in English. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
